a bit about me
My mission is to help individuals live a happier healthier life through exercise, nutritional guidance and improving their overall health and well-being. The aim is to create healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits to make it achievable and enjoyable long term, while achieving short term goals.
I have struggled with my mental health, eating habits and fitness over the years. These struggles have made me stronger and provided me with the experience and ability to overcome life’s challenges. My personal journey has fuelled me with the determination, passion and tools to make a lasting difference to individuals' lives.
For over 10 years, I have experienced the benefits of exercise on my mental and physical health. In the process, I have gained vast amounts of knowledge, qualifications and experience to allow me to help others. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to use my own personal and professional experience to give individuals the support and guidance to improve their own physical and mental health to enjoy a happier healthier life.
During my pregnancy in 2022, I qualified as a pre and post-natal personal trainer. I thoroughly enjoy helping pregnant woman and new Mums on their health and fitness journey.
